Rena Spa Guidelines

We kindly ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their treatment time.

Treatments - All treatments include the consultation time and aftercare, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized experience from start to finish

Medical Advice - Treatments, use of the relaxation pool and thermal areas are subject to completion of a health consultation form. Pregnancy, certain medical conditions or injuries may prevent the use of some facilities and treatments. Please seek medical advice from your doctor and notify us before your arrival. Please note that for some medical conditions, you will be required to bring a doctor’s note advising that you can have your chosen treatment on the day.

Lockers - Please take advantage of our spa lockers as we cannot accept responsibility for loss of belongings or jewellery. Our lockers operate on a 4 digit pin of your choice which should be entered twice to lock and once to reopen.

Any large bags or cases are to be checked into the Midland’s concierge before arriving to the spa. We are unable to hold any belongings that may not fit into our lockers.

Mobile Telephones - Mobiles phones are not permitted to be used in the poolside or changing areas. Please put your phone on silent and we politely request you do not speak on your phone in the spa.

Age - The Spa welcomes guests aged 18 and over

Cancellation Policy - The Rena Spa at the Midland has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, we will provide a full refund or offer the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations on the day of arrival cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Group Packages - We welcome small groups, corporate team days, and special celebrations. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate group bookings larger than 6 guests.
